About the role
- Manage the Industrial Engineering department, overseeing approximately 25–30 employees
- Overall responsibility for manufacturing and machine concepts, PPAP, and capacity and capability assessments
- Development and industrialization of innovative manufacturing processes for high-temperature and pressurized alkaline electrolysis
- Management of the operational ramp-up for new products and strategic make-or-buy decisions
Requirements
- Degree (Diploma or Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of professional and leadership experience in series or small-batch production
- Extensive experience in leadership and project management, particularly in process optimization and digitalization
- In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, quality methods, data analysis, and budget control
- Solid experience working with machine/equipment suppliers
- Business-fluent English (minimum C1 level)
