About the role
- Ensure that all project-related quality standards and requirements are met
- Develop, implement and monitor the project-specific quality management plan
- Perform and document quality inspections of subcontractors
- Create and maintain site documentation, including inspection and acceptance reports
- Work closely with construction management, the HSE manager, clients and the notified body (TÜV)
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for site personnel
- Take responsibility for non-conformity management
- Organize and accompany regular condition assessments
Requirements
- Degree in engineering (e.g. process engineering, civil engineering, utility/supply engineering, mechanical or plant engineering) or a comparable qualification
- More than five years of professional experience in pipeline construction, plant engineering or a comparable field
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DVGW, ISO, DIN, Pressure Equipment Directive - PED)
- Experience in welding technology (e.g. as a welding engineer or welding technician)
- Ideally qualified in quality management (e.g. auditor, Quality Management Representative - QMR, or similar)
- Business-fluent German and English skills, at least C1 level
