About the role
- Lead the engineering team and set clear objectives
- Responsible for approving and ensuring the timely completion of all relevant documentation
- Coordinate interdisciplinary engineering activities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for clients and partners
- Provide technical support to project managers and lead engineers
- Track and follow up on project activities
- Identify risks and opportunities within the engineering function
Requirements
- Degree in natural sciences or engineering
- Experience in technical project leadership or engineering management
- Expertise in process engineering and energy technology
- Quick comprehension, resilience, teamwork, and flexibility
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
