About the role
- Service ownership for Microsoft 365, including responsibility for all M365 services.
- Leading the managed services partners in the M365 environment.
- Overseeing the delivery of our M365 IT services and ensuring smooth operation.
- Implementing security baselines, DLP, and sensitivity labels, and maintaining the service risk register.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have a degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent vocational training.
- You have solid knowledge of IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
- At least 5 years of experience in service management of modern M365 environments.
- Proven experience in vendor management and audit procedures.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
