About the role

  • Execute and manage social media editorial calendars across multiple platforms, ensuring content is published at the right time, aligned with the brand, and optimized for each channel.
  • Create, shoot, and edit native content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including short-form videos, UGC, and trend-inspired formats.
  • Be hands-on during shoots, events, and activations to capture real-time content, behind-the-scenes footage, and key campaign moments.
  • Support community management by monitoring client accounts, engaging with audiences, and flagging key moments, feedback, or potential risks.
  • Collaborate closely with social strategy, influencer, PR, and events teams to deploy integrated, culture-forward campaigns.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, adapting to feedback, shifting priorities, and creative needs while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience creating social-first content (freelance, UGC, in-house, small agency, or brand), with experience managing social media accounts.
  • Content creators, UGC creators, and social-first storytellers are strongly encouraged to apply, especially if you're comfortable both behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera.
  • Deeply connected to internet culture, trends, aesthetics, and social-media codes, with the ability to translate that into engaging content.
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English.
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills are important. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or similar tools is a plus, but results matter most.
  • Good copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt a brand's voice across platforms.
  • Comfortable with social media management tools to schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple accounts.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus, but creativity, cultural sensibility, and hands-on experience matter more.
Benefits
  • Time off: After one year, you receive unlimited paid vacation, based on trust, accountability, and alignment with team needs. Before one year, vacation accrues at the standard equivalent of two weeks per year.
  • Summer hours: Early Fridays — the workday ends at 2:00 PM every Friday, year-round.
  • Holiday closure: The office closes each year between Christmas and New Year's Day to allow you to truly disconnect and spend time with loved ones.
  • Comprehensive insurance: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents, provided after just one month.
