About the role
- Job location: Mumbai
- Part of the Asia Marketing Team supporting initiatives within India
- Responsible for building and strengthening brand across markets (rural marketing, POSM, in-store branding, GTM strategies, packaging, market research, e-commerce, insights)
- Role: Trade Marketing Associate supporting Solar and non-solar electrical products, working with the Channel Marketing Manager to design and execute brand visibility across Retail, Partnerships, and DTC
- Requires coordination with sales, creative, operations, customer service, tech, and reporting teams
- Domestic travel 30–40% for on-ground execution and partner engagement
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of experience in trade marketing within a consumer-facing organization with a strong retail footprint.
- Exposure to pan-India campaign execution, including both ATL and BTL activations.
- A creative and resourceful mindset with a strong orientation toward cost-effective solutions.
- High levels of organization, attention to detail, and a structured, data-driven approach.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Initiative-taking attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong task and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
