Part of the Asia Marketing Team supporting initiatives within India
Responsible for building and strengthening brand across markets (rural marketing, POSM, in-store branding, GTM strategies, packaging, market research, e-commerce, insights)
Role: Trade Marketing Associate supporting Solar and non-solar electrical products, working with the Channel Marketing Manager to design and execute brand visibility across Retail, Partnerships, and DTC
Requires coordination with sales, creative, operations, customer service, tech, and reporting teams
Domestic travel 30–40% for on-ground execution and partner engagement
Requirements
2 – 3 years of experience in trade marketing within a consumer-facing organization with a strong retail footprint.
Exposure to pan-India campaign execution, including both ATL and BTL activations.
A creative and resourceful mindset with a strong orientation toward cost-effective solutions.
High levels of organization, attention to detail, and a structured, data-driven approach.
Effective negotiation and communication skills.
Initiative-taking attitude and the ability to work independently.
Strong task and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
