Assist the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations
Work closely with the HR Leader, East and Southern Africa to drive a strong performance culture
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation
Deliver timely payroll and reporting inputs
Handle employee grievances and assist disciplinary processes
Safeguard employee data and maintain up to date personnel files
Participate in HR projects to advance the company’s people agenda
Deliver weekly and/or monthly HR reports
Manage performance for field sales teams
Requirements

Have 3-4 years of HR generalist experience
Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
