The HR Business Partner will assist the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
Work closely with the HR Leader, East and Southern Africa, to drive a strong performance culture, ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation, and deliver timely payroll and reporting inputs.
Handle grievances, assist disciplinary processes, safeguard employee data, and steer HR projects to advance the company’s people agenda.
Key responsibilities include recruiting staff, onboarding, managing performance for field sales teams, attending disciplinary hearings, ensuring privacy of employee data, providing payroll inputs, participating in HR projects, and delivering HR reports.
