About the role
- Assist the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations
- Work closely with the HR Leader, East and Southern Africa to drive a strong performance culture
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation
- Deliver timely payroll and reporting inputs
- Handle employee grievances and assist disciplinary processes
- Safeguard employee data and maintain up to date personnel files
- Participate in HR projects to advance the company’s people agenda
- Deliver weekly and/or monthly HR reports
- Manage performance for field sales teams
Requirements

- Have 3-4 years of HR generalist experience
- Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Comfortable and experienced working in a multi-cultural and diverse environment
