About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for supporting regulatory compliance activities to ensure the organization operates within applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Professionally, respectfully and effectively communicate compliance topics across all levels of the organization.
  • Monitors the compliance inbox and provides timely responses to a variety of questions and support needs across the organization.
  • Complete facility licensing, credentialing and re-credentialing.
  • Conduct research on state and federal regulations and policies.
  • Provide support in drafting, maintaining and reviewing policies, procedures and forms.
  • Provide support for internal and external compliance audits.
  • Create and update compliance trainings.
  • Support the compliance department with various projects and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma, completion of G.E.D. required
  • No experience required
  • Demonstrated experience working in a community-based behavioral health setting, providing direct support or services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges
  • experience preferred in compliance, technical writing, or other related field
