About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for supporting regulatory compliance activities to ensure the organization operates within applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Professionally, respectfully and effectively communicate compliance topics across all levels of the organization.
- Monitors the compliance inbox and provides timely responses to a variety of questions and support needs across the organization.
- Complete facility licensing, credentialing and re-credentialing.
- Conduct research on state and federal regulations and policies.
- Provide support in drafting, maintaining and reviewing policies, procedures and forms.
- Provide support for internal and external compliance audits.
- Create and update compliance trainings.
- Support the compliance department with various projects and initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, completion of G.E.D. required
- No experience required
- Demonstrated experience working in a community-based behavioral health setting, providing direct support or services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges
- experience preferred in compliance, technical writing, or other related field
