About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Overseeing treasury management along with team
  • Managing, training and developing treasury management products for the Unit
  • Working with Business Client Advisors and Business Development teams
  • Overseeing training and onboarding support for new clients
  • Directing treasury management sales activities
  • Participating in business calls with colleagues and assisting calling officers
  • Distributing work assignments and ensuring closing and onboarding of prospect opportunities
  • Monitoring and processing functions associated with the Bank’s Treasury Management products and services
  • Responding to questions and client service requests
  • Developing and maintaining necessary documentation and processes for Treasury Management Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience
  • Extensive knowledge of treasury management required
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced computer operation skills; scheduling, word processing, spreadsheet, Microsoft Windows, and Fiserv applications
  • Intermediate typing skills to meet production needs of position
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals and procedures
  • Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties to handle confidential information with discretion
