About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Business case development & growth: defining the market opportunity and commercial rationale for what we build
Customer & workflow understanding: figure out what our customers and users are really trying to do
Driving development squads: working with our Design, Analytics, Engineering and in-house GMs, Coaches and Scouts
Customer onboarding & success: PMs own the in-product onboarding experience for our customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 8+ years of Product Management experience
Experience in various forms of structured Software Development Lifecycle management (Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
Experience building products that incorporate and re-use components across multiple business or product lines
In-depth customer engagement and management is a strongly desired quality
Passion for football and sports with a keen understanding of the sports community and culture
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
