About the role

  • - Deliver a first-class service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • - Conduct all work in an ethical, professional manner in line with relevant professional standards and regulations.
  • - Proactively maintain and strengthen client relationships within your portfolio, while identifying opportunities to develop new business.
  • - Plan, control, and review audit assignments to ensure delivery is accurate, cost-effective, and timely.
  • - Manage, supervise, and develop team members on assignments, providing clear feedback and guidance to support professional growth.
  • - Produce clear, concise, and professional reports on all assignments.

Requirements

  • - ACCA or ACA qualified
  • - Experience using Inflo or similar audit software, confident in working in a fully paperless, digital audit environment.
  • - Demonstrable ability to plan, manage, and review audit assignments efficiently, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • - Proven experience in developing and mentoring staff within an audit team
  • - Motivated, proactive, and adaptable. You’ll be able to thrive in a growing regional team.
  • - Practical audit experience gained in a similar environment.
  • - Background in commercial audit work advantageous.
