About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Overseeing the implementation and support of best practices in financial close management.
  • Partnering with Sales & Operations Senior Management to deliver digital capabilities.
  • Aligning strategies and leading the process transformation at Sum Theory.
  • Leading the planning & delivery of Program Management capabilities and services.
  • Enhancing the R2R Solutions Delivery process.
  • Acting as an Internal Consultant for Client Management strategy development & execution.
  • Developing and leading strategic initiatives, including projects to reduce supplier risk and improve service quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years' of progressively responsible experience leading activities in Client/Supplier Management, Quality, Accounting/Auditing/Financial industry software solutions and related Digital Transformation functional areas.
  • 6+ years customer facing experience (internal or external).
  • 5+ years BlackLine experience; Specifically working with Journals building complex AJDs.
  • Experience with Workiva and other industry leading R2R tools.
  • Project and/or change management experience in managing, leading, and implementing financial reconciliation or related systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strategic consultative mindset, with an aptitude for dissecting processes and delivering optimized solutions.
