About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Technical preparation and configuration of our smart home and IoT devices prior to shipment
  • Recording and verification of information about the accommodations
  • Assigning, setting up, and connecting devices in the system
  • Ensuring that all devices are fully configured and shipped ready for use
  • Providing remote support to our installation partners and customers with questions about mounting and commissioning
  • Close collaboration with our development and support teams to continuously improve our processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A careful, reliable, and self-directed way of working
  • Interest in technology, especially Smart Home and IoT
  • Good German and English skills
  • Ideally basic knowledge of electrical engineering, IT, or network engineering — or the motivation to familiarize yourself with these topics
  • Enjoyment in solving technical challenges and supporting customers with questions
