About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical preparation and configuration of our smart home and IoT devices prior to shipment
Recording and verification of information about the accommodations
Assigning, setting up, and connecting devices in the system
Ensuring that all devices are fully configured and shipped ready for use
Providing remote support to our installation partners and customers with questions about mounting and commissioning
Close collaboration with our development and support teams to continuously improve our processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

A careful, reliable, and self-directed way of working
Interest in technology, especially Smart Home and IoT
Good German and English skills
Ideally basic knowledge of electrical engineering, IT, or network engineering — or the motivation to familiarize yourself with these topics
Enjoyment in solving technical challenges and supporting customers with questions
