About the role
- You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and validating electrical systems that power and control our DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling) products.
- This includes working on power distribution, control logic, sensors, and system integration to ensure our cooling solutions are safe, efficient, and production-ready.
- Design and develop electrical and control systems for DLC hardware, including power delivery, sensor networks, and communication interfaces.
- Create PCB schematics, wiring harnesses, and electrical layouts for prototypes and production units.
- Integrate electrical and control subsystems with mechanical, thermal, and fluid systems.
- Develop and execute electrical validation, reliability, and safety tests.
- Support system bring-up, troubleshooting, and design optimization during prototype and pilot builds.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (UL, CE, IEC, etc.) and internal quality/safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and thermal engineering).
- Work with suppliers and fabrication partners to specify components and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Contribute to documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s (or higher) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical system or PCB design, preferably for industrial, server, or data center hardware.
- Strong understanding of low-voltage power systems, grounding, and protection circuits.
- Experience with PCB CAD tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD) and electrical design documentation.
- Hands-on experience with sensors, control logic, and signal conditioning.
- Ability to design and troubleshoot circuits using lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, etc.).
- Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, Modbus, CAN, RS485, etc.).
- Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
