About the role
- You will be part of the Product Sales & Marketing Team and own the end-to-end delivery of new Modular Power POD products and major releases.
- Translate product intent into executable delivery plans across engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls), industrialization, quality and supply chain.
- Drive day-to-day execution to ensure key milestones are met from design freeze through certification, industrialization and launch.
- Ensure agreed product scope, features and performance targets are delivered as defined by Product.
- Provide clear, concise project status reports to leadership on milestones, risks/issues, budget status, upcoming decisions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services/MEP Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- 7+ years in project or program management for complex MEP, datacenter, or industrial power/cooling hardware development projects.
- Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary engineering projects (mechanical + electrical + controls) on time and on budget.
- Experience working with industrialization/manufacturing and supply chain on prefabricated or containerized solutions (plants, power modules, cooling containers, micro-DCs).
