About the role
- Market and Customer Insight: Build a deep understanding of the global market for advanced cooling AI infrastructure. Conduct regular interviews with strategic customers, partners, and channels.
- Product Strategy, Roadmap, and Portfolio Management: Define and maintain the product line vision and multi-year roadmap for high-density racks.
- Business Case and P&L Ownership: Own the P&L of the product line: build and update business cases.
- Cross-Functional Leadership and Execution: Lead cross-functional product line forums, bringing together various teams.
- Product Definition and Lifecycle Management: Translate market and customer insights into clear product requirements.
- Sales and Go-to-Market Support: Support Sales and Technical Sales Specialists on deals.
- Governance and Reporting: Report product line performance and major risks/opportunities to the CPO and leadership team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or product line management of complex, technical hardware or infrastructure solutions; 10+ years total experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of: DLC datacenter equipment, high-density racks, HPC/AI infrastructure, power and cooling systems, or similar.
- Clear track record of responsibility for product financials (revenue, margin, pricing) and successful product launches in a scaling company.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Support in a hardware/industrial environment.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Additional business or management qualification (e.g. MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
