About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries in a timely, customer-service-focused manner
  • Assist with HR programs and initiatives, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, records management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Enter and complete transactions in the HRIS system
  • Support the talent acquisition team with interview scheduling, offers, onboarding, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure data integrity by following quality-control measures
  • Collect and analyze information to formulate HR solutions
  • Complete special projects through objective setting, scheduling, research, information organization, and transaction fulfillment
  • Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues and resolving concerns
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
  • Stay current with federal, state, and local legal requirements and legislation
  • Develop job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks, and professional organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 years of experience as an HR Coordinator/Assistant or Talent Acquisition Administrator
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Detail-oriented and responsive, ensuring closed-loop communication
  • Problem-solving abilities with a process-improvement mindset
  • Inquisitive and resourceful
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Forms
  • Experience with Workday or Dayforce HCM is a plus
  • Experience in the AEC or professional services industry is a plus
