Key responsibilities & impact

Organizes cross-functional activities for coordination of project activities
Manages and directs the development of proposals and project execution/control
Plans the complete project execution and develops the project manual
Schedules and monitors manpower requirements against the project budget
Establishes contractor-client liaison network to keep parties informed
Monitors the project from initiation through delivery
Forms a project work team that meets regularly
Submits documents for code compliance and permits as required
Holds regularly-scheduled project progress meetings
Ensures adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements
