About the role
- Assist with design and production for transportation projects including roadway, structures, drainage, traffic, and related civil components
- Support development of engineering plans including geometry, alignments, grading, drainage layouts, details, and modeling
- Perform design using CADD software platforms
- Coordinate with internal design teams and technical disciplines to support project deliverables
- Assist in preparation of cost estimates, specifications, technical memoranda, and reports
- Participate in client coordination and multidisciplinary project meetings
- Support construction phase services as needed
Requirements
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering (or expected graduation within the next 12 months)
- Exposure to Bentley MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD or similar design platforms is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in pursuing professional licensure (PE)
