About the role
- Transform project data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualization techniques.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate key performance metrics effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and establish best practices.
- Automate data workflows using Python or R to improve efficiency in reporting and analytics.
- Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies across project management information systems (PMIS).
- Support the integration of multiple data sources within PMIS platforms to create unified reporting solutions.
- Create visualizations that clearly communicate project performance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document analytical methodologies for knowledge transfer and reproducibility.
- Engage directly with clients to understand needs and respond effectively to impromptu reporting and analysis requests with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in project-driven environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard design and interactive reporting.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data processing and automation.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into compelling narratives and present insights effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling large, multi-source datasets.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment with minimal supervision.
- Master’s or PhD in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field (Preferred but not Required).
