About the role
- Assimilation of Geotechnical Reports
- Supervision of Drill Crew on routine projects and more complex projects as experience increases
- Assist with Mineral Reserve Studies
Requirements
- 4 Year degree from accredited institution in Engineering
- Additional consideration for master's or other advanced degrees
- Prefer - Pursuing Engineer in Training Certificate or Professional Engineer Licensure for a current EIT
- Ability to lift 50 pounds 50 times per day
- Occasionally required to lift 150 pounds (about once a week)
- Work will typically occur in all types of weather and around significant construction equipment with exposure to dirt, grease, oils, etc.
- Walking over various types of terrain is required such as low lying swampy areas to mountainous, rugged terrain
- Significant time spent bending or kneeling during each day
- Most drilling operations require out of town stays
