About the role

  • Ensure our products meet applicable laws, platform requirements, market regulations, and industry standards (e.g., CE, ANSI, ISEA)
  • Manage compliance research and certifications from development through to market launch
  • Provide early-stage compliance guidance during product development to minimize risk and identify strategic opportunities
  • Collaborate with suppliers, notified bodies, and third-party regulators to secure and maintain certifications
  • Lead and own our Product Packaging initiatives - working closely with Marketing and R&D teams to develop optimal and compliant packaging solutions for Amazon, B2B, and retail channels
  • Lead or support initiatives to improve compliance systems, automate processes, and enhance cross-functional collaboration
  • Supplier compliance - Engage with potential suppliers to ensure they meet all industry standards and our requirements
  • Support our strategic goal of building a strong global supplier base by identifying and evaluating Suppliers worldwide but primarily in Asia

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in (product) compliance roles
  • Strong knowledge of international product compliance standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Familiarity with contracts, certification processes, and supplier quality&compliance management
  • Bonus skills - ability to find and qualify top‑tier manufacturers globally, backed by deep knowledge of Asian sourcing markets and the communication skills to engage suppliers strategically
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
