About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Project coordination & pre-opening
  • Coordinate the construction and planning process for new locations from initial planning through handover
  • Manage and track trades, schedules, and costs
  • Early identification of delays and proactive escalation
  • Operational preparation for the pre-opening phase: administrative procedures with authorities, supplier coordination, onboarding checklists
  • Ensure a smooth opening day
  • Proactive sourcing of new locations (high street, transport hubs, high-footfall areas), including off-market acquisition and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and property owners
  • Conduct site analyses: footfall, location quality, competition, and profitability
  • Prepare business cases and decision papers for management
  • Support contract negotiations in close coordination with management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Studying in real estate, architecture, urban planning, or a related field – Master-level or advanced Bachelor's student
  • Structured, independent working style with high initiative
  • Confident handling of numbers and a basic understanding of financial evaluations
  • Strong communication skills in interactions with external partners
  • Resilience and a solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment
  • Very good German; English is a plus.
