About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Project management & pre-opening
Coordination of the construction and planning process for new locations from initial design to handover
Management and tracking of trades, schedules and costs
Early identification of delays and proactive escalation
Operational preparation of the pre-opening phase: interactions with authorities, supplier coordination, onboarding checklists
Ensuring a smooth opening day
Proactive scouting of new locations (high street, transport hubs, high-footfall locations) including off‑market sourcing and direct outreach
Building and maintaining relationships with brokers and property owners
Conducting location analyses: footfall, location quality, competition and profitability
Preparing business cases and decision documents for the executive team
Supporting contract negotiations in close coordination with the executive management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning or a related field — Master’s degree or advanced Bachelor’s student
Structured, independent working style with high levels of initiative
Confident with numbers and basic understanding of financial assessments
Strong communication skills when dealing with external partners
Resilient and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment
Very good German; English is an advantage
