About the role

  • Development of detailed executive architectural projects with attention to detail and technical quality.
  • Coordination of complementary disciplines (structural, hydraulic/plumbing, electrical, among others), ensuring all disciplines are aligned.
  • Use of Revit to create and detail projects with high precision and efficiency.
  • Monitoring and support throughout all project phases, from concept to construction, ensuring deadlines and established standards are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing executive architectural projects.
  • Experience coordinating complementary disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Revit and speed in using the tool.
  • Submission of a portfolio showcasing completed executive projects.
  • Experience in construction (executive) projects is desirable, although experience in other architectural areas will also be considered.
