About the role
- Handle daily financial operations and payment transactions
- Prepare and review bank transfers
- Issue invoices (for clients & artists)
- Create quotes
- Support controlling activities (KPIs, reporting, analyses)
- Monitor incoming payments
- Serve as a point of contact for our artists regarding queries
- Contribute to automation and process optimization efforts
- Actively think along, propose improvements and help implement them
Requirements
- Enrolled bachelor’s or master’s student in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a related field
- Structured and reliable working style
- Interest in learning new topics and diving into them
- Willingness to take on responsibility and work independently
- Enjoy working with numbers and processes — and collaborating in a team
