About the role
- Processing daily finance and payment operations
- Preparing and reviewing bank transfers
- Issuing invoices (clients & artists)
- Preparing quotes
- Supporting controlling (KPIs, reporting, analyses)
- Monitoring incoming payments
- Acting as the point of contact for our artists on financial queries
- Contributing to automations and process optimizations
- Thinking proactively, proposing and implementing improvements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field
- Structured and reliable working style
- Eagerness to learn and to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Willingness to take responsibility and work independently
- Enjoy working with numbers and processes, and collaborating in a team
