About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will lead a team of sales advisors responsible for advising and supporting our prospective learners.
  • Unite and manage a team of up to 12 remote enrollment advisors.
  • Define and monitor individual and collective sales targets.
  • Provide daily coaching to help your team perform and progress.
  • Develop your team’s skills and support their advancement.
  • Analyze performance KPIs (conversion, retention, customer satisfaction…).
  • Implement action plans to maximize productivity and achieve objectives.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads and the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Identify levers to improve commercial performance.
  • Adapt and optimize remote work processes to ensure efficiency and engagement.
  • Maintain smooth communication with leadership and cross-functional teams (marketing, learner relations, IT…).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial management experience with remote teams.
  • Inspiring leader: recognized for your ability to motivate, coach and unite your teams.
  • Results-oriented: experienced in managing teams against targets and optimizing performance.
  • Agile and adaptable mindset: comfortable with remote management, able to establish an effective work dynamic and handle unforeseen situations.
  • Stress resilient and decisive: able to manage pressure and address commercial challenges quickly.
