About the role
- In collaboration with PM’s, BA’s & Developers, gather and/ or evaluate user and business requirements
- Translate requirements & insights, into usable interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, site maps, interactive UI prototypes and associated specifications to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
- Ensure experiences meet accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices.
- Visually and verbally present product solutions & artefacts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate UX workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Execute responsive website rollouts.
- Collaborate with developers and BA's to solve UX problems, and provide thoughtful UX reviews of work in progress.
- Front-end build reviews (device testing) and analysis
Requirements
- 4-6 years industry relevant experience (UX/UI/Interaction design)
- Exposure to data intensive domains which has complex business applications/processes
- Experience in working in a consultancy and project-based environment
- Experience in designing customer facing and workflow heavy platforms
- To be a natural problem solver with a distinct curiosity for how things work and why they work the way they do
- To be a self-starter who can work through ambiguity and collaboratively move priorities forward with minimal oversight
- The ability to work on multiple projects or - moving parts of a project
- You have worked on customer-facing marketing or brand-led websites, including rebrands or visual refreshes.
- You have a strong understanding of brand and design systems and how to translate them into scalable digital experiences.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work that show your approach and processes followed through case studies / work examples
- Proficiency in Figma is required.
