About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform concrete repair, demolition, placement, and finishing
- Perform waterproofing
- Perform formwork/carpentry
- Replace rebar
- Perform caulking and expansion-joint work
- Apply coatings
- Install carbon fiber
- Perform work throughout the Tampa Bay area and travel to local and out-of-town project sites as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
- 1-5+ years of prior construction experience preferred but not required
- Must be open to traveling
- Comfortable working at high heights; some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems
- Comfortable working on or around water; some projects may require this
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from project sites locally and/or out of town
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus
- Able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests
- Team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude
- Safety-oriented in all situations and environments
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing
