- Strategic Collaboration: Shape and execute the vision for sales in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas, aligning efforts with company-wide goals while driving revenue and market share.
- Smart Solutions: Turn complex problems into smart, profitable solutions.
- Market Engagement: Leverage your well-established network and industry expertise to open doors and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, engineering, or specialty services.
- Deep roots in the Raleigh, NC or North Carolina market — you know the landscape, the key players, and how to reach them.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing large, complex deals.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.
- CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) and a structured, data-driven approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel ~70-80 % across the Raleigh, NC region.
