About the role
- Accompany leading brands in building and further developing sustainable customer relationships
- Develop data-driven strategies across the entire customer journey

Requirements
- Several years of experience in strategic consulting, marketing automation, or CRM/loyalty environments – ideally in e-commerce
- Confident use of tools such as Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Voucherify, Nosto, or similar platforms
- Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, data logic, and automation strategies
- Analytical mindset to interpret KPIs and derive recommendations for action
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in guiding clients through complex topics and developing them further
- Initiative and structured way of working in an interdisciplinary environment
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital consulting
- Solid knowledge of CRM, automation, and retention strategies
- Technical understanding of tools like Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Nosto
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and strong communication skills
