About the role

  • You are responsible for a dedicated marketing budget with scaling potential
  • You develop data-driven scaling strategies for high-growth D2C brands and oversee their implementation across Meta, TikTok & other platforms
  • You analyze performance data and optimize budgets, campaigns, and creatives based on clear KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CAC...)
  • You create a structured testing roadmap for creatives and derive learnings for future campaigns
  • You conceptualize and produce creatives for paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok & other platforms
  • You brief shoots for creator content
  • You manage client communication and relationships

Requirements

  • You have at least 3–5 years of experience as a paid social performance marketer, having developed and executed strategies
  • Degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • You have experience working with clients in an agency setting
  • You work independently and have the drive required to scale your clients
  • You are creative-minded and enjoy focusing on creative optimization
