About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Optimise sales processes, systems and reporting across Spectre and Street.co.uk
  • Manage and improve the sales technology stack
  • Build and track key performance metrics
  • Automate workflows and streamline sales operations
  • Coordinate sales, marketing and finance operations
  • Own onboarding and ramp programmes for new sales hires
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, objection handling materials, pitch decks and case studies
  • Run launch readiness and enablement for new product features
  • Use call recordings to identify coaching themes and close skill gaps
  • Measure enablement impact through win rate, ramp time and stage conversion
  • Develop, track and optimise commission structures
  • Continuously refine processes and technology to support the growing sales function
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales and cross-functional teams to improve operational excellence and team performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, including backend process optimisation, report building and seamless integrations
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience designing and delivering sales onboarding or ramp programmes
  • Comfortable training and coaching in front of a room
  • Experience building sales collateral, including playbooks, battlecards, objection handling, pitch decks and case studies
  • Experience building and managing commission plans, sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to implement automation to streamline sales operations and reduce friction
  • Confident, proactive team player able to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance and product
  • Structured thinker able to identify inefficiencies and implement data-backed solutions
  • Hands-on experience with conversation intelligence tools such as Jiminny (nice to have)
  • Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, CHAMP or Challenger, and experience driving team adoption (nice to have)
  • Experience partnering with Product or Product Marketing on launch readiness (nice to have)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides (nice to have)
  • SaaS or PropTech background, ideally in a rapidly scaling company (nice to have)
