Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Mobile Ecosystem Support.
- Extensive experience with Apple products, including MDM, ABM, and App review.
- Background in network and software engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Proficient in software and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from C Suite to ICs.
- Hyper focused on ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Project management experience, particularly in delivering complex projects.
- Familiarity with MDM platforms such as JAMF, Ivanti, and InTune.
- Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Quality assurance (QA) experience.
