About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage customers for technical discussions and manage complex requirements
Lead innovation workshops demonstrating AI and Streamhub capabilities
Act as primary technical advisor for clients in Japan and APAC
Translate technical data requirements into actionable briefs for product teams
Build and design AI-powered workflows across customer data pipelines
Monitor and manage customer data pipelines built on Airflow, Kubernetes and AWS/GCP
Provide structured feedback between customers and product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in a B2B technology company in a role with strong technical engagement with enterprise customers
1+ years of hands-on experience in data integrations or applications in Python or Java; solid SQL and cloud platforms knowledge (AWS or GCP)
At least 3 years of experience in audience measurement, research, advertising or analytics/data systems
Demonstrated experience applying AI tools in workflows or solutions
Native-level Japanese and advanced/fluent English
Bachelor’s degree
Eligible to work in Japan
