About the role
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. Assist with troubleshooting system access, policy questions, and general HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation (offer letters, onboarding packets, termination paperwork).
- Manage HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related data.
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Generate, maintain and distribute HR reports.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding schedules, including orientation materials and system access.
- Conduct new hire orientation.
- Ensure completion of all compliance documentation and background checks.
- Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final documentation.
- Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance tracking).
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with benefits questions and employee inquiries.
- Support HR projects such as engagement initiatives and policy updates.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, such as audits, policy updates, or system implementations.
- Assist the recruiting team as necessary by organizing interviews, meetings, and training sessions for HR and hiring managers.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
