About the role

  • Augment existing support staff to provide technical assistance
  • Resolve customer technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support Koding’s cloud-based development environments and Linux VMs
  • Assist users with programming languages, web frameworks and database setup
  • Help users with collaboration features, audio-video and real-time workspace sharing
  • Work closely with the support team to maintain world-class customer experiences
  • Based in San Francisco’s SOMA office and collaborate with on-site team

Requirements

  • Augment existing support staff to handle growing user base
  • Ensure that all customer issues are resolved
  • Deliver world-class customer experiences and ensure everyone loves our product
  • Experience with Linux cloud-based development environments (free VMs, sudo terminal)
  • Familiarity with programming languages: Ruby, Go, Java, NodeJS, PHP, C, C++, Perl, Python
  • Experience installing/configuring WordPress, Laravel, Django, Bootstrap and databases (MySQL, Mongo, Postgres)
  • Ability to assist with code editor, terminal, audio-video collaboration and real-time workspace sharing
  • Based in San Francisco’s SOMA district / able to work onsite
