About the role
- Augment existing support staff to provide technical assistance
- Resolve customer technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support Koding’s cloud-based development environments and Linux VMs
- Assist users with programming languages, web frameworks and database setup
- Help users with collaboration features, audio-video and real-time workspace sharing
- Work closely with the support team to maintain world-class customer experiences
- Based in San Francisco’s SOMA office and collaborate with on-site team
Requirements
- Augment existing support staff to handle growing user base
- Ensure that all customer issues are resolved
- Deliver world-class customer experiences and ensure everyone loves our product
- Experience with Linux cloud-based development environments (free VMs, sudo terminal)
- Familiarity with programming languages: Ruby, Go, Java, NodeJS, PHP, C, C++, Perl, Python
- Experience installing/configuring WordPress, Laravel, Django, Bootstrap and databases (MySQL, Mongo, Postgres)
- Ability to assist with code editor, terminal, audio-video collaboration and real-time workspace sharing
- Based in San Francisco’s SOMA district / able to work onsite
