About the role

  • Augment existing support staff
  • Ensure that all customer issues are resolved
  • Deliver world-class customer experiences
  • Provide support for Koding's cloud-based development environments (browser-based Linux VMs, code editor, sudo-level terminal)
  • Help users learn programming languages and experiment with installing/configuring software stacks
  • Collaborate with the support team to maintain high customer satisfaction
