About the role
- Augment existing support staff
- Ensure that all customer issues are resolved
- Deliver world-class customer experiences
- Provide support for Koding's cloud-based development environments (browser-based Linux VMs, code editor, sudo-level terminal)
- Help users learn programming languages and experiment with installing/configuring software stacks
- Collaborate with the support team to maintain high customer satisfaction

- Based in San Francisco’s SOMA district
