About the role

  • Lead engineering efforts and shape the future of the Koding platform
  • Manage, mentor and grow the engineering team
  • Provide technical, strategic and operational leadership to the engineering team
  • Be a hands-on leader involved in design, development, testing and launch of highly scalable and complex systems
  • Own strategy, roadmaps, processes, implementation and production support
  • Ensure the product vision is realized through excellence in execution

Requirements

  • Solid technical leader with a passion for building compelling technology platforms
  • Hands-on leader who can manage and mentor the engineering team
  • Proven ability to grow and lead a team of talented engineers through design, development, testing and launch of highly scalable and complex systems
  • Experience providing technical, strategic and operational leadership to engineering teams
  • Ability to own strategy, roadmaps, processes, implementation and production support
  • Position is based in San Francisco, CA and reports to the CEO
