About the role
- Establish and maintain a trusted security and compliance posture to meet enterprise customer requirements and accelerate the sales process.
- Support team members by helping to administer cloud applications used across the organization.
- Assist developers with operational tasks related to security and compliance of application infrastructure hosted via cloud providers.
- Lead and manage technical compliance reviews(e.g. SOC 2) and vendor due diligence processes.
- Manage employee IT lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, access control.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or information security.
- Experience with technical audits, compliance(e.g. SOC 2), regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting and administering company-wide SaaS applications.
- Strong understanding of security principles, including network security, identity and access management, and vulnerability management.
- Nice to Have Experience using AWS(S3/CloudFront/IAM), Heroku, CircleCI, GitHub, Google Workspace.
- Experience with full-stack software development or infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience managing cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku or similar PaaS environments.
- Experience in small, innovation-focused, or remote-first companies.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+.
