About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on exciting topics or lead sub-projects with direct client responsibility.
- Organize workshops and take on presentation and facilitation tasks.
- Contribute to conceptual development and the exploration of new subject areas.
- Support acquisition and proposal processes and help shape consulting deliverables.
- Take on demanding leadership responsibilities (Senior Consultant).
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of professional experience in strategic management consulting for Consultant level; 2–4 years for Senior Consultant.
- Master’s degree (or Diplom) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of corporate strategic positioning.
- Extensive experience in business analysis and the design of business processes.
- Experience leading sub-projects.
- Good knowledge of project and change management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- High willingness to travel and mobility.
- Business-fluent German and English.
