About the role
- Drive media results through outreach and creative story ideation
- Produce written content (bylines, blogs, etc.)
- Assist in the management of results reporting (trackers and coverage reports)
- Source and support execution of client speaking engagements, awards, etc.
- Conduct industry, competitor and client research
- Prepare materials to prep spokespeople for press opportunities and participate in prep calls
- Manage the creation of media lists, trackers, prep materials and other materials
- Play an active role in managing fellow work across teams
- Work at a fully-remote PR agency focused on earned media for tech, research and startups (clients include American Express, Cloudflare, GitHub, Runway, etc.)
Requirements
- 1-2 years of PR agency experience
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, journalism or similar focus
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- A creative mindset
- Brilliant writing skills
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Proficiency in media reporting tools (e.g., Cision, MuckRack)
