Negotiate contracts and partnerships with a focus on added value;
Develop and implement procurement strategies;
Conduct market analyses to identify cost-reduction opportunities and new strategic suppliers;
Monitor performance indicators and prepare strategic reports for the executive board;
Support the training and development of the procurement team;
Assess and mitigate risks in procurement processes, including compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and environmental regulations;
Act as an internal consultant to optimize processes and resolve strategic procurement challenges;
Manage procurement automation projects, such as implementing AI tools for demand forecasting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
Knowledge of data analysis and ERP systems;
Experience in technology or automation companies;
Plus: fluent English; strong command of Microsoft Office and BI tools (Business Intelligence) such as Power BI or similar.
