Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and implement a highly available, disconnected edge Kubernetes platform using K3S.
Design and configure Kubernetes storage, networking, and CNI plugins for robust, scalable clusters.
Manage deployments with Rancher and enable GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to develop resilient solutions for bare metal environments.
Support testing, documentation, and tuning for production-grade edge setups.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10–15 years of experience in systems architecture, with deep expertise in Kubernetes (K3S) and bare metal deployments.
Hands-on experience with Rancher, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes networking/storage stacks.
Strong programming or scripting skills in Python and/or Golang.
Familiar with virtualization, edge computing, and air-gapped environments.
Proactive mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent collaboration abilities.
