About the role
- You guide new customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth start.
- You understand your studios' business goals and develop tailored strategies to maximize their use of StudioPartner.
- You analyze chat data and KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement concrete actions together with the client.
- You help introduce new features, increase messaging volume, and automate processes.
- You proactively collect feedback and referrals to build long-term partnerships.
- You work closely with the product and support teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, or Sales.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- You enjoy advising customers and making successes measurable.
- A structured working style, self‑initiative, and reliability characterize your approach.
- Experience in a SaaS or fitness environment is a plus but not required.
