About the role
- Sales professional with a regional focus: You take responsibility for a defined sales territory and develop it strategically
- Customer retention and acquisition: You expand existing customer relationships and convince new business partners of our solutions
- Appointment management: You identify potential customers and schedule targeted consultations — in person or digitally
- Advising and closing deals: From the initial analysis to the final negotiation — you are the contact person for your customers at every stage
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Initial sales experience in the B2B sector — ideally with a focus on complex or technically involved products or services
- Convincing communication skills and a confident, personable presence
- Structured and goal-oriented working style combined with a high degree of self‑initiative
- Business‑fluent German, spoken and written
- Class B driving licence and willingness to travel within the sales territory
