About the role
- You take responsibility for a defined sales territory and strategically develop it.
- You expand existing customer relationships and convince new business partners of our solutions.
- You identify potential customers and schedule targeted advisory meetings — in person or digitally.
- From initial analysis to final negotiation — you are the point of contact for your customers at every stage.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial sales experience in the B2B sector — ideally with a focus on complex or consultative products/services.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, personable demeanor.
- Structured, goal-oriented work style combined with a high degree of initiative.
- Business-fluent German, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel within the sales territory.
