About the role
- Conduct thorough due diligence on customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Prepare, compile, and organize documents for data entry
- Verify potential customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents into internal systems
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make corrections where necessary
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies
- Obtain and validate additional information for incomplete documents as needed
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or final-year students majoring in Finance, Business Management, or related fields
- Able to work from the office for the full 3-month internship period
- Strong interest in investments and capital markets
- Curious, with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Eager to perform administrative tasks
- Available to join immediately
- Having WPPE, WPPE-P/PT certification, or experience in data verification is a plus
