About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advancing a property transaction from offer agreed, through to successful completion and move in.
- Communication with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors both internally and externally, along with all other parties involved in the transaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience within estate agency is essential.
- Experience within a Sales Progressor role is preferred.
- Highly organised.
- Attention to detail.
- An excellent communicator.
- Previous experience in dealing with a large workload.
- Previous experience in residential property sales progression.
- Able to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Knowledge of the residential sales process.
- Ability to build strong business relationships.
- The ability to work under pressure.
